Management is a very important part of the workplace but mainly we only focus to manage others rather than managing our self as well.  To manage our self is called as Self-Management. Self-management is very important not only for our workplace but also in our personal life as well. Self-management which is also known as “self-control “or  “self-regulation”, is the ability to control yourself behavior, emotion, understanding in different kinds of situations. Manager with strong self-management skills arrive with manage workplace properly, manage conflict, take the right decision, motivate to others, allow a subordinate to speak without interruption.
