IPEM ghaziabad is organising an Online Inter School Article Writing Competition on May 30th, 2020

IPEM Group of Institutions is organizing an ONLINE INTER SCHOOL ARTICLE WRITING COMPETITION on May 30th, 2020. The last date for the registration is May 23rd, 2020. There is no registration fee for the competition. The topic for Article writing will be released at Google Classrooms at 10:00 am on May 30th and participants have to submit a hard copy for the same by 11:00 am. The word limit for the article is between 800 to 1000 words.

In this Competition, XI and XII Class Students of various schools will be participating to demonstrate their Literary Talent and Writing Skills

The winner and two runners up will be given cash prizes in Hindi and English categories separately. Also, each participant will be given an E-certificate. For more information read the poster below.

Rules & Judgement Criteria For the Online Inter-School Article Writing Competition

a) Only Original Articles will be considered for the Competition. The Data, Index, Numbers, or Graphs must have practical reality (not fake) if used in Article for an explanation.

b) Length of Article: The Article shall be between 800 – 1000 Words.

c) Language: English / Hindi

d) Cover of the Written Submissions

1. It should include:

• Name of the Participant, Address, E-mail ID, Contact Number, Name of the School with address and email id.

2. Written submissions shall be numbered consecutively (1,2,3 and so on)

e) Judgment Criteria: Following criteria may be used in assessing the documents by the Panel of Judges of IPEM:

1. Content

2. Originality

3. Clarity

4. Structure

5. Overall impression

6. The quality of language (English/ Hindi) will not be a decisive factor, as long as the text retains its Clarity and Coherence.

f) About Google Classroom:

1. The last day for filling the registration form is 23rd May 2020.

3. The invitation to join Google Classroom will be sent on 24th May 2020.

4. Register Yourself on Google Classroom by 26th May 2020.

5. The Competition date is 30th May 2020

6. Deadline for all Submission of an Article: The participants have to submit Hand Written Articles in 2 hours’ time, i.e. from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

7. Separate Cash Prizes for Hindi and English Category:

1. The Winner of the competition: Rs. 5100/–

2. First Runners –Up of the Competition – Up to Rs. 3100/-

3. Second Runners-Up of the Competition: Rs. 2100/-

4. Bank Transaction details will be asked on CALL from the winners for transferring the winning amount.

5. All participants will be awarded the e-Certificates for participation, by IPEM.
